Добрый день!
При попытке зайти на главную страницу сайта появляется ошибка:

Файл start.php, в котором содержится путь к папке tmpl:

Скажите, пожалуйста где ошибка в коде?
Содержимое папки tmpl:

Тема закрыта.
Просто в пути 'C:\OSPanel\domains\test\www\rusakov\tmpl' к tmpl нужно было слэш добавить (tmpl\).

Не по теме замечу.
Шибко глубоко сайт положили. Можно так:
C:\OSPanel\domains\rusakov\тут_файлы_и_папки_сайта
и тогда адрес для браузера будет:
httр://rusakov/
